You confirm that you are over eighteen (18), an emancipated minor, or otherwise have the legal authority required to enter into this Agreement, and that you are capable of understanding and complying with its terms, obligations, representations, and warranties.
14. ASSIGNMENT AND SEVERABILITY
You may not transfer or assign any rights or licenses granted to you under these Terms. The Website operator may assign its rights and licenses under this Agreement without restriction, subject to applicable law.
If a court with proper jurisdiction determines that any term or provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the Agreement. The remaining terms and provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
